    I'm done!!!!

I got a letter from a local Chevy dealer the other day saying that they seen certified chapter 7 has been dismissed and they wanted to sell me a car.

The next day I got the official paper work from the lawyer. Finally. All done.

I'm so relieved. Now, I can get on with my divorce. And decide if I want to keep this house or not. They filed for a relief of stay and got it. But I am not signing any reaffirm, so I'm not sure, but I know I have time.

I shall assume you meant discharged and not dismissed. Ergo, the Victory Dance (by some very worn out hamsters).

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

If I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.
