Sheesh, on the eve of my 341

My attorney just got a request for more info and my 341 is Monday.

Nothing to get a headache about though.
    • Paystubs for the last 6 months ( I may not have these and he said not to worry)
    • Current mortgage statements
    • Car payment info ( if any ). I have no car payments
    • Proof of cost of daycare for the past 3 months
    • Proof of cost of health insurance for 3 months. ( my employer has to provide proof that it is deducted from my pay and this came late Friday so who knows if I can get it to them by Monday. ( attorney said not to worry )
    • calculation of how I came up with my monthly income tax on line 25 of the means test
    • Life insurance declarations pages, type, named insureds and cost

The letter comes from the trustee not the US Trustee.

I did not freak out though since the requests were expected, ( by me anyway ) and my attorney said not to worry about it, that we are prepared.

he said that they are either covering their a#% because of my income, $120,000, or they want to see if they can throw me into a 13 if they can show I did not report things correctly.

Does, however, anyone read anything into this?

Does it make a difference that it was the Trustee and not the US trustee?

Anxiously awaiting my 341 but ready.

    Thanks

These items are not a big deal. And hate to say this but I filed pro-se and received a similar request directly from the trutee way ahead of the 341. Lawyers are notoriously late in relaying info, imo. Seriously - everything is last minute with them. You should be fine. Good luck!
