    Saw this on pacer...what does it mean?

    I logged into pacer just now and saw my 341 scheduled 1/29 (YIKES!) But this was written under it on the next entry...any idea what it means?

    Order of Impending Dismissal Missing: Payment Advices. Compliance required no later than 1/15/2009. Signed on 1/7/2009 (Calderon, Vivianne) (Entered: 01/07/2009)

    It means that you or your attorney have not submitted the required pay stubs from your employment to the trustee. If you did submit them, perhaps they got lost, or your attorney forgot to send them. I am not sure of the requirement, but I think it was for the previous 60 days up to filing date.

    12/16/2008 Discharge granted!
    12/29/08 Case Closed!

      Get them enetered

      Have your lawyer follow up right away! If he doesn't respond and enter the missing documents by the 15th they can dismiss the case!
