I am filling out Schedule J and comparing income (currently 4300 a month gross-3200 take home) to debt-is this what people talk about when they decide either chpt 7 or chpt 13?
So I listed ours as
Rent 800(currently 675 but we plan on moving)
electricity 200
water/sewer 25
land line telephone 35(we do not have a land line currently)
cable 50 trash 15 internet 60
home maintenance 50
food 500
clothes 30
laundry/dry cleaning 60
medical and dental 60
tranportation 320
renters insruance 15
health insurance 200(currently 0)
auto insurance 150 (currently 130)
installment-car 350
student loans 200
incidentals 20
recreation clubs entertainment 0
charity 0
other installments 0
alimony 0
other insurance 0
The reason I put currently on some things is because at the top of the page is says Sehedule J-Your POST bankruptcy expenses
Does this look about right to you? Do I have to have proof to back all this up because some things like health insurance we do not have but see ourselves getting if we can ever afford it.
So that all equals 3150 with a gross income of 4300 take home 3200..50 bucks difference
