My business had about 30 employees, service vans and lots of equipment. Once the spiral downward started we knew at some point we were going to go bust. In my industry you can make great money so I really didn't want to have to go back to a 9-5 job so to speak. So in the last few months leading up to this I have started sub-contracting all of my work out. So we have almost completely eliminated our work force and we are selling the vans and equipment, so moving forward we won't have anywhere near the expenses that we used to, this is why we are either keeping or starting another company.
