    Had the 341 meeting

So here is my opinion of the 341. If you have nothing to hide, and have been honest about everything, there is absolutly no reason to worry about it.

The trustee is not coming after your easy bake oven. The trustee is looking for assets that aren't exempt and fraud. It's easy to worry about this meeting, but it's really no big deal at all.

So on to what went down at the meeting:

My wife and I had the standard questions, did you read the petition, did you understand etc.

It got interesting when he questioned what I do for a living, as I am a Director- he questioned if I had ownership, stock options... but the really good question was when he asked about bonuses, and if I am expecting one anytime soon. And if so, my atty was to tell him about it.

    60 day club, woo hoo!

Oh and one other thing, if you are looking to do a 722, I would skip it, shop around after you are discharged, you don't have to pay 24%!

Congratulations on entering the 60-day club!

(I get bonuses and options too, but wasn't asked, probably because I'm in a Chapter 13, and they'll see it in my tax returns. Sneaky. )

The trustee did say 'substantial' so I now have to ponder what that meant...
