Well now is a good time to plan something did you talk to the lawyer about buying a car to add more expense.

Believe me I know what you mean I found this forum at 3 am while trying to figure out how we were going to eat the rest of the month.
Can you reduce your income at all? If you are waiting several months to file. I was working a part time job to try to stay afloat.

PS going into more debt isn't good JMHO

I enrolled in the highest health care plan and a health flexible spending account which deducts $250 from my paycheck which takes effect this January. Also my wife started a new job making half the salary she was making before. We will be financially strapped for the 8 months, but this is the way we want it because we really want to get to a chapter 7.

I am about 90% sure we will meet the means test, but I don't want to pass it by a slim margin. I want to be 110% sure we will be able to do this come November.

I think purchasing the more expensive vehicle should give us some assurance by a wide margin.
