Does anyone know what this means

On PACER, under noticing, they have a list of all of the creditors on my matrix, plus they have the dept of tax and finance, I didn't list them, any idea why there are on there. This is what it looks like.

Why would it notice unemployment if I don't receive any?

In almost all Districts, there are several government agencies that get automatic noticing. It usually includes, but is not limited to, the County Taxing Authority, any City Taxing Authority, the State Taxing Authority, the IRS, and sometimes some State law enforcement agency.

          The IRS gets notifiied?

          Does that trigger an audit?

No. The notification does not make you a target of an audit. What it does do, is put the IRS on notice that you filed Bankruptcy and any pre-petition taxes that you owe, are now under the protection of the Automatic Stay.

No but what it does do if you are making payments to the IRS they will stop taking the payments until after discharge. But you need to keep making the payments anyway.

Actually TEW they (IRS) have been accepting my payments since I have been in the automatic stay, but according to them they can not initiate any calls with me and if I call them, I have to speak to the BK dept.

They did mention that the installment agreement I signed with them just before filing BK is now not in effect because of the BK and I need to get with them after the discharge to make other arrangements. But I'm not in a 13, I'm in a 7

Do they send a notice to the United States Trustee in all cases or just mine like above?

The U.S. Trustee gets notice on all cases.

They stopped taking the payments with NFTPS in fact that account is gone. I am also a 7 be careful they sent me a letter saying I defaulted even after I continued to pay. I received a letter saying the agreement would automatically restart. That did not happen.

Well....it looks like SOP to me! Everytime you talk to a different person at the IRS you get a different answer! I am glad this thread came up - because it prompted my call to the IRS yesterday to find out that I had to make a new agreement after Discharge and Closing - otherwise I would have just continued making the payments in accordance with the agreement (that they say is no longer valid!). But they have been taking the payments...
