We have been awaitting a discharge for over 60 days now and this pops up with just my wifes name on it.

This is similar to a Notice of Appearance and request for Notice. Means nothing to you personally. Whoever filed it, just wants notification of anything which happens to the case.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

Any advice provided is not legal advice, but simply the musings of a fellow bankrupt.

Thanks for the info. Do you know for what reason? Couldn't they just check Pacer like everyone else?

Usually a notice of appearance is indicating that a particular lawyer or law firm is representing the client.

They can't just check when they need any papers which require "service" to be served upon the creditor. It's easier if these papers go directly to the creditor's attorney.

Especially since some papers have time limits on the response.
