My 341 meeting is tomorrow
I just found out today my husband has profit sharing w/his employer
I did not put on BK because I didnt know about it and apparently neither did he.
What do I do when the trustee asks me if all is correct?
I tried to call lawyer and its been snowing like crazy here and I'm sure their closed....
What do I do?

Bring the information with you and show it to the attorney prior to the 341. They can bring it up to the trustee at the meeting.

If Tbornetun idea does not work, you may say, "Yes it is correct at the time we filed". Say no more but if asked, then state "we just found out this: etc. etc.." Volunteer nothing, but never lie.

If your lawyer does show, go by him. Otherwise, say little as possible. DO NOT LIE, but DO NOT volunteer information. 'Hub

My 341 meeting was cancelled due to snow and pushed out till January 22nd.
So does this mean my discharge will be prolonged? How many days after 341 meeting? Does the time between filing and 341 meeting count?

have your attorney ammend the petition so you can go in stress free -

Good idea, since your 341 has been pushed out you will have plenty of time to amend.
