In October I went on a trip to Cancun Mexico. While I was there I charged probably $1,000 to my credit card. The trip was purchased back in February. I didn't know that I would be filing until after I go back and relaized I just can't make all my minimum payments. I retined an attorney about 2 weeks ago, however I have not yet payed him fully nor has the case been filed with the courts. I'm concerned that they will deny my bankruptcy because of this. Should I wait to file? Any suggestions?

Was any single purchase over $750? I wouldn't worry about it. It has aged pretty well. Did you make any payments on it, or was it deferred?Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
