    OK, I know I should post this in my earlier thread, and I will post the results

    But I am so fargin happy right now I have to scream it to all my BK buddies!

    My motion to vacate my dismissal was successful!

    Bring on the hamster dance!
    I know it is not a discharge or the entry into the 60 day club, but it feels just as good right now!

    Judge signed my handwritten order to vacate dimissal of my BK case and it is posted on PACER in all its glory with a couple of small corrections by the judge!

    WooHOO!

                      Just goes to show you what a little kindness can do for someone.

                      Kinda restores your faith in humanity , doesn't it!

                      BK forum rocks!

                      Also shows what a little persistance can do and to prove you should never give up. The clerk even said when I filed the motion that she was impressed because most filers who are dismissed just let it go, and she said she thought the judge would be impressed that I actually new to file the motion.

                      So, yippee, fell of that horse and got right back on! ( With my trusty sidekick Justbroke!)
