Has anyone experienced this? We received our discharge November 14th and still showing awaiting closing on Pacer. We were discharged as a no asset case. I am wondering if it is just a clerical issue or if the trustee has something else nasty lurking and waiting to pounce on us?

Remember Thanksgiving in a holiday, so that may have delayed some court work. Things have moved more slowly in the last few months and with the holidays it could easily take a little longer, don't worry over it.May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer

Did you check the FLAG on the Case Summary screen in PACER? Also... call the Clerk of the Court (or your Case Manager) and see what is holding it up. Could be something simple.
Or your District is just way way way backed up.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

Be patient. The closing of the case is nothing more than administrative and can take some time. Also take into consideration the number of BK filings these days.
For the most part, the BK is over when discharged.Bankruptcy History:
Chapter 7 filed - 10/12/2005 - Asset
Discharged - 02/16/2006
Case Closed - 11/08/2007
