Can anyone tell me how many times a trustee can file a motion for objection to discharge? He filed a second motion today on me for objection to discharge. This chapter 7 is nerve racking. I gave him all the paperwork I had. I didn't hand over my 06 Yamaha Scooter yet. The arrangements were never made but the trustee wanted it 50 or so days ago. Will the judge grant him another extention? I filed in July and thought this would be over.

As far as I know... this isn't a stall tactic! The Trustee doesn't think you deserve one.
The judge is not granting "extensions". The Motion would had been a motion to extend... not an objectino to discharge.
The Trustee can file an objection on each reason. Sometimes, they only have one thing that's bothering them, and object. Then something else comes to light.
Filing one motion to discharge does not preclude the Trustee or any creditor from filing another. Every objection that I write, ends with "Debtor reserves right to file additional objections..."
You do not want an Objection to Discharge sustained! This could put you in a bad spot. Get that vehicle and any other property which was supposed to be turned over to the Trustee... pronto!Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
