When you look on PACER and it says "Asset: NO", does that mean you are determined a no asset case right away , or is the no asset determination received after the 341 Meeting?

Typically you are considered no asset if your possesions are within state/federal exemptions. Our case changed just after the 341 when the trustee decided to dispute the value of our exemptions.
That opens up a whole can of worms! don't worry though, most remain no asset.Filed 10/11/08 - 341 11/23/08 - Discharged 1/26/09
