Had 341 on Dec 4th AND.....

    Had 341 on Dec 4th AND.....

    Looked on pacer today and saw THIS!!!

    Trustee's Report of No Distribution: Trustee of this estate reports and certifies that the trustee has performed the duties required of a trustee under 11 U.S.C. 704 and has concluded that there are no assets to administer for the benefit of creditors of this estate. I have received no funds or property of the estate, and paid no monies on account of the estate. Wherefore, the trustee prays that this report be approved and the trustee be discharged from office.

    I know this HAS to be a good thing! Just got my 722 redemption paperwork today! Our 2007 Ford f-150 payment went from $580 to $425! A huge diff.!

    My question is...CAN I BREATHE NOW?!?

    ps what is a 722 redemption? is it just a reafirmation agreement? and how did you get the payment lower?

      722 Is where US bank refinances your vehicle for what its worth rather than what you owe. We owed $31000 because we kept rolling money over with our trade-ins. We got approved for $13730. So now....that is what we owe! Is this a dream?!? IM SO HAPPY. p.s. GOOD LUCK ON WED. Im sure all will be fine =)

        Yep - sounds like you are good. Congrats! I didn't get that message until AFTER I was discharged. So I worried all the way up to discharge. You should sleep soundly with this news.

            What is the process now? Can they still continue my 341? Or do they foward the info to the UST?

                  if it was a 2007 and you files in 2008 than it was under the 2.5 rule right? who did yours? what interest rate? I am hoping to do a 722 also but mine is under 1 year! that is awesome! wouid love the info!
