After Discharge

I was wanting to know after you been discharged can the trustee, creditors or the court follow you around months after the discharge. Like do they have too be notified every time you buy something or have any extra money or is it after discharge you are free again.

In a Chapter 7, they don't follow you around. However, if they hear that you had a windfall (like an inheritance or settlement) in the 180 days after close, they may move to get some of that money.

You don't have to tell them about buying anything at all. You go about life as though you started over. A fresh start.
