Thx for responding so soon Tew, I do have an account and I have been on the site, I'm just not sure how to access my status. I was on there on Mon. of last week and my cc was billed $1 and I didn't even Know what I was doing.

The $1.00 was just a "hold" to test that your credit card was good. It will fall off after a few (7) days. PACER only bills quarterly and only if the balance is above $10.00.

Two ways to check your status. One is to look at the History/Docket link. This will have everything that transpired by paper and/or hearing.

The other is the Case Summary link. The key things on the Case Summary screen are in bold below.

Pending Status: Awaiting Confirmation Hearing ,Awaiting Discharge
        Flags: DebtEdDue

The Pending Status let's you know what's going on. The Flags let you know what must be done to get the case to close... or prevent it from being dismissed. (The above is how my summary reads right now)
        Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
