Exemption question and husband...

In GA, where I live, and am fixin' to file for chapter 7 I have a few questions on exemptions.

I've been married for 8 years and we have "jointly" bought furniture, appliances, clothing, etc.

I am filing for Chapter 7 and my husband is not.

Question:
How to I list exemptions when it is "family property" and not just solely my possessions, like the fridge, pictures, dining table, couch, etc.

if paid in full, you still have to list the fair market cost. As for joint loans - the good news is you'll probably get to keep it because it will all be on the co-signer to pay it after the fact.
