Have you spoken to an attorney yet. Not sure how much time in between you have to have in order to file another bankruptcy. You may be able to file next year. Not sure, I am sure someone else can answer that. Also, look online an see what the median is in your state. I would think that if you couldn't do a 7 you can defiantely do a 13. Sorry i couldn't be more help.

You can file a Chapter 13, four years after discharge or dismissal of a Chapter 7.
I can't tell you how a car surrender/reposession and loss of home will affect you. I know that it would be devastating to me both economically and for my sanity.
Having wrote that, it's likely that you may need to pay 100% back to unsecured creditors over the term of 36 to 60 months. Your repossessed car's deficiency balance would be unsecured credit.
You should have a lawyer "run" your numbers.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
