Chapter 7 and Assets: Cars with an Outstanding Loan

What if the loan is in your husband's name but the title is in both our names. Payments are up to date and I want to keep the car. Husband is not filing Chapter 7.

THAT is a great suggestion! After all MATH had a lot to do with why many of us are here. Just think - if we had been able to really do the MATH on what we were really paying for those credit cards, or mortgages (and took time to think about it) ... wouldn't we have reconsidered many of those credit purchases?
