Does it get reported before or after discharge?

On mine it showed up not long after I filed.
I called Experian about a problem I had with a SS # on my report. They told me to send them a copy of my discharge and the matrix and they would make sure everything says discharged after that happens.Chapter 7 07/30/2008

At the latest, it will show up a month after your bankruptcy is discharged. (that gives the courts time to report to the credit bureaus, and them month to update it.
Most likely it will apper before that. It doesn't have to show up on your credit report for you to stop your creditors from collecting though, you just have to give them your case number, and lawyers information to get tht to stop.My name is Jenna Banks.
