Finally Filed This Morning!

Ok, Glad to have filed but now the concerns start... $350k in Credit Card debt, $30k in vehicles, $400k in our home mortgage..

Lawyer can not be certain but tells us we should be able to keep our home which just appraised at $470k and one car which we have $3000 equity in and the upside down vehicle will be going back. Guess we will have to wait it out now and see what happens.

Now just need to see the economy pick up which I dont see happening anytime soon. I am self employeed and as of last month I was making enough to cover my mortgage and living expenses without my credit card debt. This month although business usually picks up for the holidays business is down. Puts more stress on making all my payments where there are no more creditcards to pull from if business gets worse.
