    Name Typo, problem?

I had totally forgot about this. When my wife and I bought our house somewhere after signing all of the papers whoever entered the data in the computer put the wrong middle initial for my name. Changed my "L" to a "K"

I had mentioned it to the mortgage company and they said it was not a problem but to change it I would have to fill out all the paperwork again. I never thought about it again because I never thought I would loose it or file chapter 7.

We took out a loan to consolidate some debts and i just noticed today it has the incorrect middle initial on it. It was listed on my bankruptcy.

    Will this cause any problems?

Won't be a problem, I had the last 2 digits in my social wrong with the mortgage company, I hoped this item wouldn't show up on my credit report because of that error. No chance, it's there. Trust me creditors have a way of finding you, the court system is the same. As long as you have the company listed in your scheduales, you're OK.
