Thank you so much. I dont own a home. I dont own much of anything...not of value at least. I just wasnt sure what unused homestead meant. So it looks as tho I can. I will ask my attorney tomorrow when I meet with him.
This is one of my biggest worries since we are using that money to move out of state next summer.
