my lawyers worry me

I was stressing about the one closing I have that is pending and if i close can i keep the money, I had told the lawyers 3 times and took them the paperwork even on the day of filing but they never mentioned it to me, The commision would be 3k , I emailed them yesterday and she said, oy well your ok as it is income but you have 11k of exemptions you have not used so it should be on schedule B and C, well I looked and it isn't so they have to add it, how many time did I tell them this,.........
Makes me worry...

Yep, what JR said... make them amend the schedule(s) for free. The cost is $26 to amend a schedule, so make them eat it.
