341 on 11/7, Nervous!!!

My 341 is on 11/7 at 10 am. I'm nervous. I know what to expect. I just want this thing over and done with.

I am about 2-3 weeks behind on my mortgage. I could not get caught up.

From what I hear, Country Wide does not reaffirm. I could give it up, but the fact remains is that the mortgage is held by my soon to be ex and me.

He was offered to file, but true-to-form did not respond.

Guess I'm just looking for some good mo-jo. Thanks everyone. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Dear, you are in the right place. Mrs. and I advise you to maybe do a search on 341. You may find that this is not as bad as you think it to be. Just be honest above all. Then you cannot fail. Most average about 15 minutes or less.

Hi Mary. Most 341's are fairly simple and straightforward. Rarely do they get super complicated with lots of questions and a UST. (Oh, but except in my case...

I'm in the club!

Meeting went fine! Trustee joked about my pig (pot belly) and asked a few questions on my part time e-bay business.

Had a hot flash! My blouse popped a button just as I was about to leave and I had to throw on a sweater. It's 70 here today!

I told him I was a few weeks behind on the mortgage and he said to try to catch up as soon as I could.

He commented on a few of the people trying to sue me. He said that this particular firm has been very aggressive and he didn't care for that.

There were about 20 other people there. One woman was about 85 and in a wheel chair. Poor thing. All walks of life.

Now I get to wait for my Granddaughter to be born! She is due tomorrow!

AND I'm going to K'mart and laying away a few x-mas items.

Hey Mary - So glad to here everything went grea! I seen all walks of like there too. There was a couple in there 80's both with canes and could barely walk. It broke my hear at that stage of the game to have to do something like this... Such a shame....
