I filed five weeks ago and just had my 341 yesterday. The Nolo book says to verify that the trustee listed the 341's status as closed or adjourned. My first time using PACER, I go to my court's PACER site and search on the case number, but nothing comes up. Then I search on my first and last name, and it says "no person found." WTF?

PACER doesn't list the 341's status that I could find, whether "adjourned" or "closed" or otherwise. But it did list my case's status as "awaiting discharge." I take it that means the 30-day clock for objections is in effect?Chapter 7, California system 2, no assets. Pro se with Nolo.

And after your 341, it is 60 days for objections. You enter the 60 Day Club!Filed C7 Aug 31 2008
