    can't find myself on PACER

I filed five weeks ago and just had my 341 yesterday. The Nolo book says to verify that the trustee listed the 341's status as closed or adjourned. My first time using PACER, I go to my court's PACER site and search on the case number, but nothing comes up. Then I search on my first and last name, and it says "no person found." WTF?
Chapter 7, California system 2, no assets. Pro se with Nolo.
    Filed: 10/8/08
    341: 11/5/08
    Discharged: 1/5/09

Oops, never mind. I had searched district court instead of bankruptcy court. Just the difference of one letter in the URL. There goes another $0.08.

It was over in three minutes. The only non-standard question the trustee asked me was if I had been selling personal items to supplement my paychecks which were too low to live off of. I said yes and that all my sales for the past two years were itemized in my Statement of Financial Affairs, form 7.

PACER doesn't list the 341's status that I could find, whether "adjourned" or "closed" or otherwise. But it did list my case's status as "awaiting discharge." I take it that means the 30-day clock for objections is in effect?

Mine lasted 7 minutes if you subtract the time the Trustee was BSing with my lawyer. Mine is set to auto discharge WOW
Just got a short sale on the house may have a rent to own on another looks like life is starting to look much better.
Stop worrying about your 341 if you were honest on your petition you have nothing to worry about

You are looking for a No Distribution Report on your PACER account under History Docs. Trustee is saying No Asset case and is done with you. I learned that on this board

And after your 341, it is 60 days for objections. You enter the 60 Day Club!
