Still No Papers!!!!!!! No Objections!!!!!!!

Anyone Else Out There Having Trouble In Michigan Due To Backlog Of Cases?

Attorney Says "they Are Just Backed Up" Come On Already!!!!!

I filed in Eastern District Court, Bay City Michigan. Filed 13 Jan, 341 was 15 Feb, discharge was 21 April. No problems... Discharge paper actually came before the last day for objections to dicharge.
How do you know your discharge date if you haven't gotten your discharge paper. And all it is, is one little peace of paper. Maybe you overlooked it?

Yes, they are terribly backlogged on Pacer and in the court system right now....
Your papers are only 2 weeks past the date of objections....

Be patient, it will be coming soon I'm sure...

Check pacer and see if it states, "case closed" yet.....

Are you saying you have not received your "discharge" papers???

I understand that your waiting on "case closed"????

You case may not be closed for a while - trustee can leave it open up to 1 year from discharge....

If you have been discharged - and you have received no objections in 60 days from discharge you are basically DONE - just waiting on the trustee to say "case closed"....
