Discharged!!!
My husband brought in the mail the other day and I was surprised to find a discharge notice from the BK courts. Everything happened so quickly and went so smoothly I can't imagine what I was worrying about all that time before we filed.
The only thing is that (if ever) my late mother-in-law's house sells the bk estate gets their percentage of it. My understanding is that any money from that estate will go directly to the trustee and then he will send us a check for the amount that was exempted.
Since school started in September and I've been working 2 jobs I haven't been on this forum as much as I'd like but I wanted to let you all know what was going on and thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the knowledge and support you have imparted to me.
