    last day for objection oct 17th!

    Less than a week to go on objections and haven't seen any on pacer yet! Would they have usually filed something by now?

    I received a letter from my attorney on the 10th requesting an itemized statement (with receipts) on how I spent my 2007 tax return..... Why would the trustee wait until 7 days before to ask for this info? Also, is the last day of objections and the date of discharge the same day? Looking at the status on pacer it still says "awaiting 341".....weird
    341 meeting 08/18/08 :aggress:
    I'm a 60day'er!!!!:clapping::yahoo:
    last day of objections 10/17/08 :D
    discharged 11/04/08 !!!!!:yahoo:

    That is a little odd, asking for something like an itemized statement so late in the game. Was it a large refund and was it brought up at your 341? Was it the UST that requested the list?

    In any event, doesn't sound like a huge deal. Probably want to make sure you didn't spend it on any luxury items

      yeah it was pretty big, $6500. She did ask about it at the 341 and it was the trustee not the UST.

          Trustees can continue to ask for information after the discharge date. The case is still open until it is closed.

          Pacer probably still says awaiting 341 because the trustee hasn't filed the 341 completion. Some don't until they get all the info they want and can determine it is for sure a no asset case.
