I officially sign th petition and my attorney will file my petition. I feel rather numb at this point keeping the house but dumping my car payment and about $128K in unsecured debt all from balance transfers over the years. My attorney seems so relaxed we are under the median income but... I will keep you posted

I've got an appointment today as well to finalize all the paperwork and get the petition submitted. The last couple weeks, have been horrible. I hope there will feel some relief after the filing (At least getting the Calls to stop) But I suspect I'll stay pretty much on edge until the 341 meeting.

Not neceessarily. In our district/area PACER, seems to be updated once a day, usually after 6:00 PM. When some really important document comes, then sometimes it is earlier. But it can depend on the volume of cases that the clerks are handling.

Don't be on edge. In my experience(I have filed 60+ cases in the past 6 months), the hard part is over. The worst part is compiling everything, making sure things are exempted, and meeting income guidelines. The 341 is a piece of cake as long as your answers don't conflict with anything in the petition. It is pretty quick and painless. Hold your head up, you are only a few months away from a fresh start.

I'm just worried about objections, I didn't do anything illegal just balance transfers all over 6 months old and we made payments up until 60 days ago. One transfer was 6.5 months ago otherwise I played the 0% game forever just not getting ahead. I haven't charged anything in months and took a financial class on budgeting so as never to be here again
