    Pacer documents from trustee.....

    Im looking thru my stuff on pacer and i read the document submitted by the trustee after my 341 hearing and at the end of it it say's this......

    "Wherefore, the trustee prays that this report be approved and the trustee be discharged from office. Notes: (Whitmore, Robert)"



    Does that look odd?

    No not unusual. Basically sounds like he found you have no assets, there is nothing to distribute and he's making his statement asking to be released. However that will not happen until 60 days after the 341 , the actual discharge.

    Good news though .
    May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
    July 2nd, 2007: 341 Meeting Held
    September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed.
