    When do I do the pre-discharge course?

    My lawyer is not very "communicative" with me about stuff like this. I just realized my 60 day wait is up next Friday . I haven't done the debtor ed course yet . I'll do it tomorrow; but I was just wondering what the timeline is like? Am I going to have a problem doing it this close to discharge?

    Also, I am waiting on 3 reaffirmations. I've heard NOTHING from my lawyer about these. How do they work?

    Guess I need to make a call to my atty's office tomorrow, huh?

    You need to have the DebtEd completed AND filed by your lawyer with the court before discharge. If you don't get it filed before your 60-day wait is up, your discharge will be delayed

    CLOSED - 10/20/08
