So we have been paying min payments for about two years or more and not charging anything on them so the CC statements wont reflect what we bought, thats the killer with debit cards because it shows everything on the bank statement. Anyone have any issues with Christmas shopping? Trustee want gifts back? I want to get the wife something nice but am afraid it will put a kink in our chapt 7. So who should I fear more the wife or the Trustee?
