Ira, did you talk to your lawyer? What is his idea on this? He should have a good idea as he has been around these trustees before.

Specifically, my US Trustee--may he be inflicted with irritable bowel syndrome--said that the US Dept of Justice plans on filing a motion for presumption of abuse in my case (i.e., that I should be on an austerity plan for 3-5 years). In other words, the US Trustee is trying to say "hey, this guy should be in chapter 13, not chapter 7."

Anyone with comments on any of the above?

He doesn't actually seem that bad. I had to supply tax returns and pay stubs to my attorney when I filed.
