    What does this Flag mean?

My 341 is tomorrow and I noticed the following Flag "DebtEd" in my case summary on PACER. What does it mean? Does it mean the Trustee did not get a copy of my Debtor Education certificate?

Yes, that is what it means. Also, keep in mind that there is a mandatory pre-filing course or conference to go through, as well as a post-filing course you have to take. Both certificates need to be in your file.

      Good luck tomorrow.

I took the first one ("counseling") and gave it to my attorney, who I believe included it with my filing. I then took the second course ("Education") after I filed but I have not yet given that one to atty. If asked tomorrow, I will give a copy to Trustee.

That should work, although since you have an attorney, the trustee may just tell you to give it to the attorney.

          Good luck.

I think AngelinaCat is right. The trustee will most likely tell you to give it to your lawyer so he can file it. Once it's filed, the DebtED will be removed.
