Question about mailing matrix on PACER

I was so anxious to see if my info was on PACER, I registerd today and looked through it. I just filed yesterday but it's on there. Not much info, however there is a section where one can go to see the creditor mailing matrix. In NY, if you are filing pro se and have less than 50 creditors you can just give a paper mailing matrix - no need to put it on disk. I didn't and had no problem filing yesterday, the clerk didn't even ask me about it. I had a total of 43 creditors on there (my CC accounts were sold multiple times so every CA was on there).

However on PACER, it lists 53 creditors annd I looked through the list. Some of them are not mine (never heard of the companies in my life) and some are incomplete eg. one of my creditors has the name and 1st line of the address but the city, state and zip line are added to bottom of another creditor 3 places down (now making that creditor inaccurate because they have 2 city, state, zip lines). Does anyone have any feedback on this? It looks like my matrix and part of someone else's are mixed up !! What should I do?

I doubt its anything you need to worry about. Are all the creditors you intended to list on the matrix and complete.

It is odd though, you may want to call the clerk and ask them about it.

What about taxes and student loans? On my matrix, there is "Attorney General" mentioned like 3 times. Is this normal? I am a little behind on both, but intend to pay soon. That title concerns me though.

I have found that even when you submit 60 creditors, the list expands to 65 ot even 70.

There are a bunch of people who are automatically added to the Matrix. They tend to be:
        • County Tax Collector (where you filed)
        • Department of Revenue (Tax Collector) (your State)
        • U.S. Trustee
        • Your Case Trustee
        • Internal Revenue Service
        • The Filing Debtor / Debtors
        • Debtor's Attorney
Don't worry that it lists the Attorney General or someone else. These are automatically added by local rule / policy.
