Documents our Trustee wants

for the record my trustee sent a letter 10 days after i filed requesting i bring last year's tax return and bank statements and paystubs which reflect the period between filing and the 341.

BKPara, I would *love* to know why the trustee cares about income and statements after the date of file. it just doesn't seem to jive with everything i've read regarding what's relevant in bk.

Your attorney scanned and emailed them for you at the time of filing, unless you are pro se. If you are talk to me after your 341.

We had to submit our 60-day paystubs on the day we filed our petition. He is requesting the last stub before our filing, which he already has. I'm still giving it to him. Better to have a second copy than have him overlook the first.
