Hello I hopefully have only about 30 days to go till being discharged. I was curious and looked at my Pacer account today. I did a search on this forum and someone said the flags should appear on the dockets page. Is this right? When I looked at my docket report, this was in the upper right corner "FMCertDue, MEANSNO." Does this mean they are waiting to be notified about us taking the second financial course and that we passed the means test? If they are objections or anything else I should watch - where would they be listed? I don't want to go snooping around and run up a big bill. Thanks Dennis

Yes, the FMCertDue means they haven't received notification that you've completed the second course. MEANSNO is a very good thing - it means that no presumption of abuse arises.
I was worried about racking up PACER charges, too, since it's not a very intuitive interface. The best advice about PACER I got from this forum was to be sure and check the "Date of Last Filing" at the very top of the page BEFORE you make a query. If that date has not changed, you don't need to pay 8 cents to hunt through every link.
If the date has changed since your last visit, "History/Documents" should give you what you want. Be sure to select the "display docket text" box for the best overview.
I'd recommend you find the "What is PACER?" sticky on the "General BK talk" forum. Look for SinkingFast's tutorial on that thread.Filed chapter 7: June 9, 2008
