Student Loan Refund - The Sequel

I went to school to pick up my books on Friday, and found that I had received a scholarship for $500 - $250 for each semester - on top of my grants and my student loans. After classes, books, and supplies, I found out that I am going to have around $800-900 left over and therefore refunded to me after the drop/withdrawl deadline.

What makes me REALLY nervous, is I think i'm going to get this just before or just after my 341. Should I be worried that the trustee is going to want it? I'm planning on using it for living expenses after I get married in October (First month's rent, deposit, etc).

When I talked to my lawyer, he said he'd talk to me about it before the 341, which makes me think it's not that big of a deal, but with all the horror stories floating around lately, I want to make sure I'm being smart about this.

    What do you all think?

The excess money is not a windfall, but is actually secured by a non-dischargeable debt (student loans) the trustee will not touch it.

    Good Luck
