    Had My 341 Today

Hey all! I had my 341 today and to my surprise, there were only 2 other people there. Another pro-se filer and a couple with an attorney. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

The questioning was a little tough. I had some issues that he wanted to probe a little further, so my case took about 10 minutes. Seemed like much longer.

Now I wait. What I hate is that when he wishes you "luck", you leave without really having a feel for what he thought of your case, or if your case will be discharged. I just have no idea, but I'm hopeful!

SO glad this part is over!!

We didn't get a "good luck" from our case trustee at the end of our first 341 hearing or the second, and we had to do a lot more work after that. You're done, you're in the 60 day club... so take a deep breath and smile!

Welcome to the 60-day club, Debster! This is a huge accomplishment for all you pro-se'ers. I completely believe that ten minutes felt like days when you were in the thick of it, but it does seem that people who've gone it alone are often subject to a little closer questioning. So for you, ten minutes was a quickie...you must have really dotted all those I's, etc. Congratulations!

So his saying "good luck" is a good sign?? I hope so!! I can handle the 60 days. The most relief I've had throughout all of this is getting that damned Discover bank out of my hair. They were garnishing me over $400.00 a month.

Wow, I never thought of it like that! He didn't say a word about how I filled out my paperwork. He didn't seem to be unclear about anything that was in them.

            Hey, I did good, didn't I??

Hmmmm.... my trustee didn't say anything about "good luck". In fact I didn't hear her say it to anyone. She just said "thanks for coming in today". Hmmm........

Funny thing "she" was in mid 40's, I'd say, and had a really short butch hair cut. The person that went ahead of me kept saying "yes sir" "no sir"! I was like , oh man! Full scale audit for him! I knew it was a "she" so I was very conscious about say "YES MAAM."!! HAHA!!

Yay!!! Congtrats! And Well Done!! And yes, my 10 min or so also felt like a much longer time under the microscope. I think us Pro Se'rs probably just get asked more questions.

Yes, my Trustee also told me good luck in my future finances. I hope its a good sign! Welcome to the 60 day club!
