    Today was the 60 day mark, and today on Pacer is a Discharge letter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Yippee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That was awesome to see. Now we just have to wait for the foreclosure!!!

        Congrats! Don't be alarmed when you get the initial foreclosure paperwork (assuming yours will be a judicial foreclosure). It looks very scary and says that a lawsuit or complaint has been filed against you, with no mention of the mortgages being discharged through BK. Even though we knew we weren't responsible for the mortgages or any deficiency, it startled us. Good luck!
