No. This will not hold up your discharge. Sometimes it takes a while for the Trustee to get the paperwork done and/or the clerk to get stuff filed. Your discharge is scheduled and set, and if all is well (no flags and what not), then the discharge will be ordered on said date.

All suggestions are based on personal experience and research and SHOULD NOT be construed as legal advice as I am NOT an attorney. Always consult with competent counsel in your area with regards to your particular situation.
That's cool but I still cannot believe not one entry in pacer by the trustee - asset, no asset etc. Not one. Oh well - I am going to assume since no entires have been made at all by the trustee that I am set to discharge and there are no issues.

danaf - i can't remember, are you pro se or do you have an attorney? if you're pro se, you personally should be receiving any and all notices regarding your case. if nothing has been updated on PACER and you've not received anything or contact from the trustee (or if you're represented by an attorney and he/she also has not) then i think you are just waiting on a slow system.
bassboy - thank you for clarifying that a slowdown in this part of the process does not mean the discharge date is also affected. whew!
I'm pro se. I looked and the trustee has only entered something for problem cases filed in my time frame. There are a lot though (like me) that she hasn't entered anything. So yeah, sounds like I'm just waiting on a slow system. But I can't remember reading on this board (while I've been here) a situation like this so I think other potential pro se filers should be aware of this scenario. Typically the trustee will enter something within 3 or so weeks after the 341....asset, no asset etc. I know closing can take a while but that's another issue.
