Thanks, Help! So glad I caught it before I confused anyone even more... you're right, Congress already did a bang up job of that!
Funny thing is, I only posted because I just got done reading that section in the Nolo book less than two weeks ago, but then I gave the book to my friend who is also doing a pro se Ch7, so I was going from memory and then decided, well, I ought to double-check before I walk away. Thank God I did. And thank you for having my back!!! I'd far rather be corrected than give someone bad info unchallenged...
