      Oh, for heaven sakes. On the other hand, at least it wasn't that they found a problem with any of the paperwork! I have to wonder if they had already requested this of your attorney, and she failed to follow through? The way the Case Management worker said that.... Then again, maybe it's just water under the bridge.

          You should have told them that it was stuff like that is why you got rid of your attorney because no one ever asked in the first place including the trustee. If he had asked then you would know about it.

              Well I didn't know it until I called our Case worker today. I don't think this happens to often but she said that was all we are waiting on. I suppose the Clerk would be to busy until she looked up a spacific account. Anyway I hope that is all they find since I have had some bumps in the road.

                  May 21, 2009 Retained 2nd Attorney
                  May 28th - Filed for Ch 7 (FINALLY!)
                  9/11/09 - DISCHARGED!!!!
