    Need to change my address

Does anyone know what form I need to file a change of address with the court?

    TIA

Are you pro se? If yes I'd go to the court directly and talk to the clerk, to be certain that your address is correct with them.

Yes I am pro se. I can't go to the court because I have moved out of state. The trustee told us to not rely on an address forward from the post office.

i'd call the clerks for the court in the district you filed; ask for the form name and how they will accept it (fax, mail) then send them a request in the mail for the form, and include a stamped, self-addressed envelope for them to send you the form back. fill it out and either fax or mail it back to them.

        just how i'd do it..

Haveaquestion, I just googled "change of address" +bankruptcy and saw a whole mess of examples... you may want to do that as well because there are small differences between the various districts.

I was pro se too and didn't have a problem. Be sure you get the Nolo book (see my sig for the link) or another good bk book so that you have a handy reference to grab, just in case. Good luck!!!
Nolo Press book on filing Chapter 7, there are others too. (I have no affiliation with Nolo Press; just a happy customer.) Best wishes to you!
