    Wells fargo educational loan

I have a loan through wells fargo educational financial services that is for about $5000. I filed BK on 7/22/08. When I pulled my credit report the loan says $0 balance and says "included in or discharged in chap 7 bk". I asked my lawyer if I should continue paying on it and he said if it is a bona fide goverment gauranteed loan it is non-dischargeable and I should continue payments.

How can I determine if this loan is government gauranteed? I don't remember as I took the loan out nearly 10 years ago!!
