+2...check with your attorney first (if you haven't retained one yet, I would check with at least 2 just to be sure )...this is just too important.
As regards bank statements, I was leery, too, about whether we would be asked for these, but our attorney assured us they would not be needed. We were the last ones to meet with the trustees the day of our 341 (there were at least 100 people seen before us) and none of the trustees asked for bank statements. But this is just the norm for our district....check with your attorney about what is the norm for yours.
