Well my wife and I finally have our Court date on Friday...

We are pretty nervous about this. We were right on the line of being able to file or not. I'm self employed and basically havne' been making ANY money for a few months now so we had no problems with the BK.

So what should we expect?

May be a stupid question......is this shirt and tie type deal, or just nice kahkis and collared shirt type deal?

I read that you need to "dress the part", so I would recommend nice pants and a nice shirt...nothing fancy.

I wore jeans, a nice shirt and hubby had jeans and a polo shirt. We both wore our boots. Others were there in jeans and a t-shirt and flip flops. No one seemed to really care. Of course it was almost 100 degrees out that day also.

Think of what you would wear if you were going out with friends to dinner at Applebees. You should be ok with that.

I didn't see anyone in jeans. Most people were dressed like me.
